This website is hosted and maintained by Invotex, Inc.  On October 10, 2007 the Securities Commissioner for the State of Maryland, Melanie Senter Lubin, acting through her counsel Douglas F. Gansler, Attorney General for the State of Maryland petitioned the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County for the appointment of a temporary receiver of Andrew H. Williams, POS DH, LLC, Metropolitan Grapevine, LLC, (the “Defendants”) and to freeze and administer their assets.  On October 29, 2007 Invotex was appointed as temporary receiver for:

• Andrew H. Williams, Jr.

• POS DH, LLC

• Metropolitan Grapevine LLC

The Circuit Court also froze the assets of a number of entities operating under common ownership, management or control. A copy of the Court’s Order can be accessed through this website. On November 14, 2007, the Court ordered the following entities into Receivership:

On December 3, 2007 Invotex was appointed as temporary receiver for:

On March 18, 2008 Invotex was appointed as temporary receiver for:

• PointNet, LLC, N3, and Robert Williams
