Notice to claimants – August 1, 2013

Final distribution checks were mailed to claimants on April 19, 2013. All checks were required to be negotiated within 90 days. Since the 90-day period has now passed, all checks are now void. The estate bank account will be closed shortly. If you did not receive your check or did not cash it within the 90-day period, please check back here for further instructions on how to file a claim with the court for undistributed funds. This site will be updated as additional information becomes available.

Gansler, Attorney General for the State of Maryland petitioned the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County for the appointment of a temporary receiver of Andrew H. Williams, POS DH, LLC, Metropolitan Grapevine, LLC, (the “Defendants”) and to freeze and administer their assets.  On October 29, 2007 Invotex was appointed as temporary receiver for:
