Gansler, Attorney General for the State of Maryland petitioned the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County for the appointment of a temporary receiver of Andrew H. Williams, POS DH, LLC, Metropolitan Grapevine, LLC, (the “Defendants”) and to freeze and administer their assets.  On October 29, 2007 Invotex was appointed as temporary receiver for:
